Meditation has been practiced since antiquity in numerous religious traditions in the pursuit of enlightenment and self-realisation, and in more modern times, it has been the subject of extensive research that has consistently highlighted significant health benefits including a reduction in anxiety and stress, depression and pain, and the cultivation of greater peace, insight and wellbeing.

It isn’t about becoming a ‘better’ person;  it’s about developing a healthy sense of perspective and awareness.  It’s also not about trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings;  rather, you’re learning to observe them without judgement, which bestows peaceful acceptance and greater understanding of yourself and of life.

Lynn has been a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach for over 20 years.  Her approach is not anchored in any particular religious doctrine, but rather draws inspiration from a gamut of various meditational styles from all over the world to bring a peaceful yet powerful state of effortless intuitive flow.

ONLINE CLASSES ARE HELD EVERY TUESDAY at 7pm

 

The 60-minute sessions are based upon classic techniques including breathwork and are designed to foster inner peace and illumination.

They are suitable for all levels of experience.
